  I had the best experience at Vuori Santa Barbara. Ernie was amazing and found me a color that was longer being sold in store or online. He was the best sales associate I've ever had! This location is very helpful and kind!

  I had a great experience at Vuori. I wanted to exchange a pair of pants because I wasn’t happy with the color, and the associate who helped me was incredibly friendly, patient, and accommodating. He made the entire process easy, offered helpful options, and even helped me apply the value toward store credit. Thank you for the outstanding service!!

  I went to Vuori for a local event and ended up staying after to shop as they opened the store for us. Kristi was so helpful grabbing different sizes and just being so pleasant. Erie was the store manager I think, super enthusiastic and genuinely just a nice person. They have a great staff at this store and so much inventory.

  Blonde girl on May 17 around 11 A.M at the register was rude, and so was most of the staff. Was not helped or guided to a dressing room, when I went to the dressing room the lady acted like she didn’t even want to give me a dressing room? Dropped 300 on a new set still after having terrible service, and the blonde girl at checkout didn’t even know how to split cash and card so I just paid in all cash because she was incompetent. Also, she didn’t give me my 20% discount for a first time purchase after signing up with her, when I watched the couple next to me at checkout get a 20% discount for their first time purchase. Vuori is not even high end enough to have snobby staff members who treat you like you shouldn’t shop there, like srsly its an athleisure store get over urself.. Was treated so much better when shopping at ALO before going into Vuori and was accommodated with different sizes and colors, tell your staff to take notes. They need to remember they’re service/retail workers. 😂
