  Vuori is a good brand, comfortable material. Unfortunately the Pasadena store staff are not welcoming at all after I visited all other stores in LA. The death atmosphere every time I walk in, the simple “No” period answer for my trimming service question. I can see the big difference between it with Lululemon, from the hospitality to clothing quality and service. hope it can be improved.

  Loved the store initially! Lately... lack of inventory or Vuori style knowledge... Further.... you attempt to call.. & only AI.... telling store closed... when should be open... or closed til May 4th... & today is May 1st... plus store closed before 8 pm & you cannot leave a message. I am done w Vuori, Pasadena!

  2/11/2026 First time at this location, as I've been to the Irvine Spectrum location only. Out of the two, I like the Pasadena location! More selections too! Irvine Spectrum had limited clothes and colors to try on. Also, the service was not close to what I've experienced at the Pasadena store. Wanted to purchase the new Energy Tee that I absolutely love! Tried on some pants too. Customer service was great! All of them were helpful, but one of the girls helped me and she was checking up on everyone who were in the fitting rooms, making sure everyone got everything they needed. She was very helpful in finding different sizes and colors and styles of clothing. She checked up on me and made sure I was happy before I left the store. I did purchase the Energy Tee in Blue Coast. Love the rich navy blue color! I have several Energy Tee purchases from them over the years. It is soft, comfortable, breathable and great for workouts or even worn as a casual tee anywhere. Love them and will continually purchase from Vuori!

  I went to this location yesterday and Lavena was beyond helpful. I was trying to find a sold out activewear set. She called 10+ stores and kept persisting until she found what I wanted. She was so kind, helpful, and also knowledgeable on what colors/items would be in stock and what might be available in the future. 10/10 customer service (and not everyone in this location was as helpful as her!)
