  I usually enjoy shopping at Vuori, but this location was a disappointment. The store wasn’t busy, yet the employees greeted and offered assistance to the other few customers while completely ignoring me. A simple acknowledgment or “let us know if you need anything” would have gone a long way. On top of that, this is a very small location with a limited selection. Combined with the poor customer service, it wasn’t a pleasant shopping experience. I’ll continue shopping at Vuori, but I won’t be returning to this location.

  I am writing to share my recent experience at your store. This is my favorite place for travel clothing and workout gear, but the exceptional customer service is what truly stands out. I had a great experience during my last visit thanks to Elisa and Amanda. They were both incredibly courteous and helpful throughout my time in the store.   I loved this place when it opened. I shop regularly, it's really nice to try stuff on when I was limited to only online shopping for so long. But wow this store has been on a steady decline the last 8 months. The staff member with the blue hair is so unfriendly, I have interacted with her on at least 4 shopping occasions and all have been unpleasant. She's not friendly, makes rude facial expressions to her coworkers when working with customers and thinks nobody notices. She has never greeted me. The really friendly customer service staff have never lasted here, but all the unpleasant ones remain which is usually a good indicator that management is lacking. Now when I go to the store I just keep to myself, I'm too nervous to ask for additional sizes due to so many unpleasant experiences. It's not just the girl with the blue hair, but she does seem like the worst. Too bad, it's a beautiful store styled well and in a great plaza.

  I've always received excellent customer service every time I've shopped in this store, even when it's been busy. They were out of my size a couple times, and kindly reached out to the Malibu store to order & ship to my home, free of charge. I looove the comfort, style, and quality of Vuori clothing and am glad this store is right here in Westlake Village!

  Great store! The associate, Amanda, is awesome. She always knows what styles, colors, and sizes will work best for me---and she's honest! I just wish the store was a bit closer to me, being as I am in Ventura.
