  Came in here, last stop on my Century City Mall adventure! I was cheerfully greeted, and I felt valued as a loyal customer. I LOVE Vuori! I love their high-quality merch! This shop is organized and well stocked! The prices for the men's clothing are a little better than women's clothing, which is pricey and it really adds up! I am impressed with their color coordinations! Excellent customer service! Highly recommended!! Nice selection!

  If you’re shopping at Vuori Century City, do yourself a favor and ask for Ricky and Marvin — absolute legends. From the second I walked in, they brought the kind of energy you wish every retail experience had. Not pushy, not fake — just genuinely dialed in, stylish, and clearly know their stuff. They understood exactly what I was looking for (before I even fully did) and pulled pieces that fit perfectly and felt like me. Ricky has this effortless cool and sharp eye — everything he suggested just worked. And Marvin? Next level. So attentive, thoughtful, and made the whole experience feel elevated but still easy and fun. It honestly felt more like getting styled than “shopping.” They turned what could’ve been a quick stop into a full-on experience. Left feeling confident, taken care of, and yes… with way more pieces than I planned (no regrets). 10/10 — Vuori, give these men a raise.

  I've heard a lot about this activewear line, and had visited a pop-up they had a while back on Sunset. Since I've been in the market for some joggers, Vuori seemed to be the place to go since I've heard great things about these particular pants from the brand. Coming here seemed to be a no-brainer, but the experience was less than stellar. It was a Saturday afternoon, so the mall was busy but the store was not. There were a handful of customers in and at first, I was looking for a salesperson but they were busy grabbing sizes for those customers, etc. which is understandable. However after walking around for more than five minutes-and making eye contact with two of the girls up front who were now folding-I was never greeted, approached, or obviously offered service. I did find the joggers in the sizes I wanted to try but not the color, so I took it upon myself to head to the fitting rooms to at least try them on for size. Nobody was back there besides customers, but the doors were open so I just let myself in, not knowing what their policy was. I did see another door where more staff was but they were too busy talking in the back. Sad to say, the pants did fit, yet I found myself folding them (not to their standards), putting them back on the shelf, and leaving. My job carries this line in limited styles yet I was willing to pay full-price at their actual store since they offer the full-spectrum of colors in addition to sizing. Wish my experience aligned with the positive reviews here, but I guess I could try their Studio City location to see if things improve...

  Normally would never write something, but Darla deserves high praise. She kindly and efficiently answered about 36 of my questions. Never once showing any sign of impatience. Made the whole experience a 10/10
