  Every time I go in that store the staff is always so friendly and helpful. I went in recently for a relatively complicated exchange and had such a good experience - Iris particularly was so kind and helped me get exactly what I needed!

  I’ve visited this store twice now, and both experiences left me feeling disappointed. The staff comes across as dismissive and unwilling to go out of their way to help customers. On my most recent visit, I came in hoping to try on an item I had just purchased online the day before, just to get a sense of the fit before it arrived. I was told it was an online-only product, which I understood—but when I tried to ask if there was something similar I could try on for sizing reference, I was interrupted mid-sentence so the associate could take a phone call. At that point, I felt completely unwelcome and overlooked. Ironically, I walked right across to Lululemon afterward and received some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. The store itself is beautiful, and the clothing is comfortable and appealing—but without attentive and helpful staff, it really takes away from the in-store experience. There’s no point in visiting if no one is available to guide you, answer questions, or help you understand how the pieces fit.

  I thought I was going to be prompted a survey after a purchase a while ago. I went there because I needed some yoga pants with side pockets for rollerskating, and they helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Definitely a lovely first time experience shopping there (especially at this location). Everyone was so kind and friendly.

  Jordan is the goat! Helped me with so many items during my purchase, him and Iris were incredibly friendly and sweet. Have a really great crew working at the Williamsburg location - spent a bit too much but it was worth it thanks to their help!

  The store looks so aesthetically pleasing! There’s so many different styles and the material is simply the best! Stopped by yesterday for the first time and loved the experience from start to finish 🙌🏻 will definitely come back soon! The staff is phenomenal!!!
