  I was disappointed with my recent experience. The store manager incorrectly stated that my item was not eligible to be refunded to my original payment method and claimed that the register system would not allow it. Since the item was clearly refundable, I contacted Customer Service for assistance. After Customer Service confirmed to the manager that the item qualified for a full refund to my original payment method, the refund was processed without any issue. This raises concerns about whether the original explanation was accurate. I recommend providing additional training to store managers on the company’s return policy and refund procedures so customers receive accurate information and do not have to contact Customer Service to resolve issues that should be handled in the store.

  Terrible customer service experience with the manager himself- rude and dismissive. As I was checking out I requested no bag, he took my top from the bag and threw it on the table as if I had offended him by my request. He didn’t even bother to fold it. He saw my reaction and gave me a whatever look. I told him that I didn’t appreciate that, and he was totally dismissive. I asked if I could speak with the manager and he said he was the manager. Just appalling. I’ve been to other Vuori stores and the customer service has always been great. I do not recommend this particular store.

  Excellent customer service! I was stuck in NYC an extra night, after a cancelled flight, without my luggage. They were so fun to shop with and I left in clean clothes. Thank you!

  I highly recommend them. I bought the joggers and hoodies when I had surgery. They are so comfy and soft I used them even as pj's.
