  First time shopping in the store recently and it’s absolutely gorgeous. The sales associates are so friendly and accommodating. I really enjoyed shopping there. My only complaint is it seems like their clothing runs on the larger side. I’ve had this experience with their clothing online as well. I thought going into the store to try things on would help, but they had a limited stock on smaller sizes.

  Jerry provided one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The store was out of stock of a specific item I was hoping to purchase, but instead of simply telling me it wasn’t available, he went above and beyond to help. He checked inventory at multiple locations, personally called other stores, and even arranged for one to hold the item for me. His willingness to take the extra time and effort made such a difference, and I truly felt like he genuinely cared about helping me find exactly what I needed. It’s rare to come across someone so proactive, attentive, and invested in creating a great customer experience. Jerry is an incredible sales associate, and I hope he’s recognized for the exceptional service he provides.

  EXCELLENT SERVICE ! On Sunday my wife and I took the subway Downtown to do some shopping. We are both big Vuori fans so that's where we were headed. A charming manager named Laray helped us soon after we entered the store. My wife asked about a Clementine Skirt which she had bought in California but they did not stock it....a similar one was called the Daily Skirt but they did not have the XS size in stock for my wife. I was looking for a black t-shirt and a white one to complement my 2 Strato Tech t-shirts in navy and charcoal. They didn't have them in exactly the same textured fabric but in a new cotton blend slightly heavier fabric. I tried both colors on in an L and loved them both. We really appreciated the helpful service from Laray who was one of the managers. GOTTA LOVE VUORI !

  Wanted to check out vuori in person as a first time buyer. This review is solely based on customer service. I was ignored when the store was relatively empty but as soon as a white person entered they were greeted and assisted promptly. I ended up buying a few items when I really shouldn’t have solely on the fact I was discriminated. Taking my money to another vuori store!

  Ordered online and tried to cancel within 10 minutes after realizing I used the wrong currency credit card. Their policy says no modifications, but nowhere does it say orders can’t be cancelled. Despite this, customer service refused to help and wasted my time with completely unhelpful responses. The order hadn’t even been processed yet, but they still wouldn’t cancel it. Now I’m stuck paying unnecessary foreign exchange fees and credit card charges for something that could have been resolved in seconds. Terrible customer service. Total waste of time and money. Will never purchase from this company again.
