  Walked in here Saturday with my husband because I wanted to get some pants and some new sets for the spring. I walked around for more than 10 minutes looking at sets, and the two ladies in the front gossiped and were chatting the entire time, not once asked if I needed anything or if I wanted to try something on or a size, nothing. Not even a hello. Despite coming ready to buy, I purposely chose not to due to the lack of service.

  I had a great experience shopping for gifts for the holidays! Upon entering the staff were friendly and helpful especially Connor. He helped pick out stuff for gifts recommending great options. I even had to purchase stuff for myself , the clothes were really comfortable! Also Taylor was helpful! I will definitely be coming back here to shop. Thank you so much.

  Modern store with high quality workout clothes, friendly helpful staff, at a relatively high price point, but I think it's worth it for a few key pieces.

  Sales Associate Taylor is THE BEST!!! She knew exactly what I would like and was also fun to work with. She has great taste and really knows her product. It was a totally enjoyable experience. I’m a total fan of Viori now thanks to Taylor!!!!!!!

  new to the brand. can’t really review the clothing as I haven’t worn them all yet but the store layout and customer service is a bit strange. the staff seemed very unaware of where the products were located in the store and there were constant “stock checks” being required in the walk-in talkies overall, a bit disorganized

  One of my favorite stores in Americana! The quality of their clothing is amazing and all of the staff are so accommodating and helpful. Everytime I come in Patricia is so friendly and makes my shopping experience such a pleasure! I always look forward to coming back because of her and she pulls such great pieces for me. Highly recommend stopping by and will continue coming back!

  I love Vuori and usually have no problem finding pieces at other locations, but this one has some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. I come to the Americana often and always stop in this store, yet I’ve never left with a purchase. I constantly have to wait for staff to finish chatting before being helped, workers are on their phones and annoyed when you ask a question, and dealt with zero effort in finding alternatives. Management, please do better. Shoppers, do yourself a favor and go one store over to Athleta where you will be waited on hand and foot

  Never write reviews on clothing stores was in the store on 5/14/25 and I forget all the names at this store but WOW they all need a raise immediately phenomenal customer service above and beyond!!!! I drove 45 minutes to the store and it didn’t disappoint. Open more stores in Suffolk county!!!
