  Didn’t greet me when I walked in (i’m mexican) but greeted the white woman that came in after me. I came in wanting to spend a $300 gift card i received from my boss. Didn’t want to spend it in a store like this that didn’t respect me or pay me an ounce of attention. Shop online and avoid this store.

  Outstanding quality clothing for men & woman. Store is well laid out and organized. Knowledgeable and helpful staff to help you navigate your choices.. Fitting rooms have an abundance of space for easy trying on.. The owner Tabitha was accommodating In ensuring that my purchases were shipped to my home in Charleston, South Carolina. I highly recommend this store in Westport Connecticut.

  I tried to return a pair of pants. Since vuori is well known for its “happiness guarantee” i figured this wouldn’t be a problem. I had all the tags & receipt. I brought the pants in & was told i couldn’t return them, even for store credit, because they had been washed 1 time. I explained the reason for wanting to return them was because the material changed drastically in 1 wash. Another time i had a coupon code that worked online. I asked if i could use it in the store which i know that they allow as i’d done it in the past & was met with attitude from the staff & told it was not possible. So i placed the order online as normal with the same coupon code. The treatment in this store has almost made me not buy from vuori again at all. Only thing keeping this review from 1 star is some of the staff (not management) have been friendly. I would stick to the Greenwich or NYC stores - they adhere to the standard vuori policies & are very helpful & friendly.

  positive experience. I personally found a pair of joggers. guy working there was helpful. I searched at Alo.. limited selection. then I remember Vuori was up the street and I found the perfect deal. overall I'll revisit soon.

  Always have the best experience at this location!! Mandy was so so nice the minute I walked through the door and helped me with my purchase and then I chatted with Meredith as if we were best friends and she also helped me a ton with the item I purchased. I loved it and will continue to come to this store often!
