  This location is by far the best in Massachusetts. They have a good assortment of products, clean, well-kept store, and knowledgeable employees. My wife used to work in sales, so she wanted to make it a priority that we write a review for one of the managers there— Nani was absolutely wonderful! She was patient, informative, and made our shopping experience so seamless. We really appreciated how she communicated with us when she needed to step away to tend to other responsibilities, instead of leaving us and disappearing. She always returned to help us! We’ll be shopping at this location exclusively from now on. Hopefully we’ll get to work with Nani again, but all the employees seemed just as helpful.

  I have been in this store twice. Was happy to see a brick and mortar near me as I've shopped online for years. My experience each time was negative. The last time I went I was looking for sweats and a zip up but got no help. I carried an arm full of clothes and asked if I could use the dressing room. No one moved to help me I simply got a hand motion with a pointing me to the dressing room. I clearly needed help finding different size but the 4 or so employees just stood together chatting. I will never walk in this store and disturb the employees as I clearly felt like an intrusion. Worst customer service as in none.

  I was blown away by my positive experience here yesterday (4/22 around 1pm). I had two returns, one of which was a birthday gift and I had no receipt for. The three different employees who helped me with my return, find a new item I needed, and check out with my new item were so kind, friendly, and informative. I had just come here straight from a negative interaction at REI returning a Vuori product I received as a gift there, and I will only be buying my Vuori products straight from this location from now on. They explained the return and quality process so in the future I would know. They were extremely kind and it really turned my day around. It was a complete 180 from my experience at REI. This company should consider not selling their products at other stores like REI because REI had completely turned me off of the products due to my negative interaction there. If I hadn't had to come to this location to return another gift, I likely would not have bought Vuori again. Your employees are clearly informed and it was a completely different experience. I'm glad I had to come here to return something!

  I’ve visited Vuori a few times at the legacy play location and have always had a fantastic experience. Jacob and Ashling were extremely helpful with finding the right fit and styles! I appreciate their extra kind and attentive nature. The quality of Vuori’s clothing is top notch. Definitely my favorite athletic wear. I can’t wait to go back! Thank you Jacob and Ashling!!

  This Vuori location really helped me out with getting me a jacket that was almost entirely unavailable. They made a bunch of phone calls to various store locations and tracked down the exact color and size for me. I absolutely love my jacket, and it was one of the last ones left in the country! Thank you Vuori!
