  I went in the store the other day and was looking through your inventory. You had four sales people there who spent all their time talking to each other. No one ever approached me to ask if they could be of help. Before I left, I asked one of the women there what her job was. She said she was in sales. I said it was a very hard to tell that she was in sales since no one was doing anything except talking to each other.

  Best customer service. Everyone was so polite and made our experience incredible. I cannot say enough great things about their staff! So happy and cannot wait to shop with them again!

  I feel the same wasy as the previous reviewer Ann S. - walked into the Hingham store which was full of more staff than customers, and not once was I greeted, asked did I need help etc. I for the impression, the staff thought there were above serving customers - that is your JOB. Do it! Very disappointed with the customer service. Shocked actually. Spent my money elsewhere. You should too!

  Walked through the store on a Thursday afternoon - waiting for one of the 4 sales team members to greet me or offer to help me find something (shopping for birthday gift(s) for my husband. Nope. Nobody spoke to me for 10 minutes-even after I obviously needed help as I was looking through the racks trying to find the right sizes. Will go to Rhône or Nike. Too bad for Vuori, I had money to spend but NOT there!!
