  I don’t usually write reviews like this, but the team at Vuori inside Nordstrom at NorthPark genuinely deserves it. I came in today and ended up talking with several people — I believe their names were Kellen, Michelle, Justin, and Evan — and every single one of them stood out to me. Not in a fake customer-service way, but in a real, human way. They were warm, sincere, thoughtful, and genuinely kind. Gosh, honestly what made the experience so above and beyond was that I never felt like they were just trying to sell me something. They listened, they cared, they took their time, and they made me feel completely comfortable. Each person brought such a good energy to the store, and you could tell they actually enjoy helping people. The people that work here are excited to come to work every day. You can feel that when you’re there and that is something that is really really Significant for me; like when does that ever happen these days? It is rare to walk into a store and feel that everyone you meet is not only professional and helpful, but also just genuinely good-hearted. That was my experience here. The team made my day better, and I really hope their managers know how special they are. Huge thank you to Kellen (misspelled?), Michelle, Justin, Evan, and the Vuori NorthPark team. You all are wonderful. Again, not somebody who writes reviews, but this just needed to be said, and they needed to be recognized— Highly highly recommend :)

  Five stars!! Everyone was so helpful. Saw this set on a girly on the Katy Trail who was so kind to let me photograph the brand name and same day I had my own.

  We mainly shop online or through REI, so it was our first time going into the Vuori store. Michelle went above and beyond to help us out. My husband was looking for a waffle shirt I had purchased for him late last year, and although we did not find it in store, we were able to find it online with Michelle. She was also able to show us different/similar options. We found one he liked and the whole experience went super well and smooth. Very grateful for Michelle providing excellent customer service for our first visit!

  Went to the store to check some shorts. I had a very positive experience and everyone there was very nice and welcoming. I really like the customer service there makes me want to come back. I only think I would say that they need is maybe more colors on the shorts.

  I’ve visited Vuori twice, and both times I received no service at all. Staff were greeting and helping other customers, but I wasn’t acknowledged once. It felt very uncomfortable being treated differently, and as someone who wears a hijab, it’s hard not to wonder why. Customer service should be consistent for everyone. This was disappointing.

  I hold Vuori’s products in the highest regard—truly exceptional in both quality and design. Unfortunately, my in-store experience stood in stark contrast. I was neither greeted nor acknowledged upon entering, and this lack of engagement persisted as I selected items and approached the fitting rooms. At one point, an employee passed by with a brief “excuse me” to move around me, yet offered no assistance or recognition beyond that. For a brand of such caliber, the absence of even the most basic customer courtesy was both surprising and disappointing.
