  I came into this location giving the brand another chance after having a not so great experience at a different location in the city. I was beyond blown away by the quality of service Issac and his team provided. They were so helpful in giving me options and left feeling so confident in my new pieces. My absolute top customer service rating plus the prices are amazing! I suggest everyone try this location when shopping for the vuori brand🤩

  Really nice service and the store is well organized. Only thing is the price can go lower because a lot of things we like are only 20% off.

  Bought clothing at the outlet store in Houston yesterday. Saw them putting the sign up for 15% off for July for weekend special. Asked if the sale was at all stores. They didn’t know. But said we could get the discount at our local store. Turns out the sale was only at the discount store and the local store didn’t have the sale. When we called they told us we had to come back into the store to get the discount and wouldn’t take the order number to do it over the phone. It was pouring rain and not realistic for us to get back over there and they were not very flexible. As expensive as this fancy workout clothes store is it seems like they could’ve been more understanding in accommodate us better.

  The Vuori website pulled their sling bags in smoked beryl off before I could purchase. I called the store in the Rice Village and they informed me it is out of stock. I decided to call their Dallas locations to see if I can get it purchased and shipped. Thankfully Google picked up this location instead. I was actually surprised to see an outlet store. I called the establishment and one of the associates confirmed they had several of the bags in stock. She encouraged me to come by and also check out their store. I came by a few days later to just purchase the bag. It turns out I left with more than a sling bag. The ladies on shift were so helpful and kind. The service was impeccable. The store itself is a mix of current regular priced items and last season ones. There was plenty to purchase and it was a great selection. I am looking forward to returning again!

  Had an AWESOME experience here, and cannot say enough how much we appreciate the staff on hand. Omar, Chrissy, and Bri were all so helpful with any questions we had, helping us get a larger fitting room for us and our stroller (with the 2 year old in it), and even getting our kid some snacks to keep him quiet lol. I got a ton of great clothes at a really good value and had a great experience overall as a family

  The store is immaculate and had tons of options, but, the customer service was what made me write this review. I came in on a Monday and the staff were extremely friendly. We came back for the Black Friday sale and they even remembered our names. They made the shopping experience so awesome for us. I’ll be coming to this store every time I visit from Dallas from now on.
