  We just had the most pleasant experience. My husband bought a couple of shirts. The young lady who checked us out from Valdosta , Georgia was so sweet! Then it was pouring down rain . Tiffany who helped us earlier went to the back and got us an umbrella to take with us. She even offered to walk us to our car. These guys really know customer service!!!! I will be back!!!

  Today I decided to stop by the Vuori store at the Summit-Birmingham and that was a mistake. When I walked in I was greeted as expected. However, as I walked around, I was stopped (4) times. The first time, I told the associate that wanted to physically see and touch certain items I saw online. The second and third time, I assured associate (2) and (3) that I did not need help. The (4th) time was the most insulting. The young lady approached me and asked, “Can I help you find anything?”. I responded by asking her if “longs” were sold in the store. She said only in basic colors and I responded by saying, “so, seasonal colors are just sold online?” She stated “yes” but we can order in store for you and the shipping cost will be waived and there is (3) day shipping. I said, “okay, thanks.” She then stated, is this your first time buying Vuoir?” I informed her that I usually buy from Mt. High Outfitters or online. After that she walked away. What she did not know was after the (2nd) encounter with the (2nd) associate, I stated to watch the associates just to see if they were approaching the other customers with the same “enthusiasm “ as they did with me. I realized they were not!!! In this moment I know that this was not the store I wanted to spend my money in. — I would like Vuori and their associate to know that EVERYONE DOES NOT SHOPLIFT OR STEAL. I work very hard to be able to afford what I desire and I buy what I desire!!!

  Lilliana went above and beyond for us and solidified my loyalty to Vuori! She made sure all of our shopping needs were met after encountering a few technical difficulties and we are so grateful for her! I’m so glad the summit got a Vuori store!

  This team understands the assignment - every time. They are warm, welcoming, product knowledge on-point, and hospitable. The space is clean and beautiful. I have been wearing Vuori for 8 years and am grateful they landed in Birmingham - if you are looking for your next fitness outfit or daily outfit, they have you covered, and it will last. I have put their joggers through the ringer. Seriously.
