  I usually purchase vuori online from REI or Vuori and today I shopped in store. I had a great experience and a darling young woman helped me - she was knowledgeable and she had a great attitude. Props to your store for great service and happy sales team - really nice !

  Our brother-in-law was visiting from Palm Beach and while shopping on El Paseo he picked up a pair of pants from Vuori for my husband. The pants did not fit nor did he like them, so I took them back to the store today with the original receipt and desperately looked for something to exchange them for. The line of fitness clothes in this store is drab, bland and rather sad. I settled on a pair of black shorts for $84 and looked at finding black socks, of which they only had size small in stock. Unable to find anything else I thought my husband would like, I was told at check out that it was store policy to not provide cash refunds, even with the receipt. I was only entitled to a store credit. The staff person said that because my brother in law did not specifically request a gift receipt, there was nothing she could do. Now we are stuck with a store credit that we will never use as the clothes here are just...bad. And my husband doesn't even like the replacement shorts so it was a complete waste of money for the original $138 pants. It is a ridiculous and unethical policy not to issue a refund when the product is returned unused with a receipt. Really shameful, Vuori.

  Thank you to Olivia for your helpfulness! Daniella chatted up an old friend from work as my husband tried his pieces on, and your staff in general were pretty perfect! Not overbearing whatsoever, my husband found a great start to a wardrobe for the Summer as well! I'll be back to get some things for myself! Thanks again to Olivia for everything!

  Absolutely love Vuori it’s another level of clothing. I came in to this store today and had some doubts about an online order from the past. Two of the staff members went above and beyond to help me track down the order. They truly went out of their way to resolve all my doubts and concerns. Amazing staff at this location!
