I went into Vuori today for the first time while shopping for my mom’s birthday. As someone who works a lot, I usually only have a few minutes here and there to get things done. Courtney immediately understood what I came in for after going through my questions/concerns and delivered the best experience I’ve ever had at a clothing store. She handled everything with a clear process, organized follow-through, and made the entire experience effortless. She even wrapped everything beautifully, saving me the time and stress of scrambling to do it myself last minute. Courtney is an outstanding young lady with incredible drive and professionalism. She deserves a really high recognition for this! Thank you so much, Courtney. Keep up the excellent work! 🤙🏻
Response from VuoriThank you so much for your wonderful feedback! We'll be sure to recognize Courtney for her outstanding professionalism and drive. We hope to see you again soon for more great experiences!

Stopped into the Vuori store last minute on Christmas Eve hoping to grab a few gifts for my family, and it truly felt like a Christmas miracle to be greeted by Morgan at the door with her warmth and professionalism. She was incredibly understanding, thoughtful, and went above and beyond to show me great options for everyone on my list. With the help of Morgan, the branch manager, and the rest of the amazing staff, I was able to outfit my entire family with cozy, perfect Christmas gifts from Vuori. What could have been a stressful errand turned into a genuinely enjoyable experience. Huge thanks to the whole team for outstanding service!
Response from VuoriHi John, We're so happy that Morgan and the team were able to make your last-minute shopping experience successful. It's our goal to provide exceptional service, especially during the busy holiday season. We appreciate your kind words and hope your family loves their gifts! Looking forward to welcoming you back soon!

Went to the Colston Loveland event which we RSVPed for on eventbrite as requested. We arrived a bit before the advertised time of 5pm but there was already a long line outside - no problem. I understand there was capacity issues with the store and despite it being cold, the store has no control over the weather. We waited patiently in line and was about 13th from the front when they stop letting people in. No problem - we assume that they will let people in as people leave. However, the entire event comes and goes without communication on capacity. There was over 30-40 guest that leave before we hear that we might not even be let in. Around 6:30pm, we are finally let into the store but the event was already over. We were basically kept outside in line like second class citizens and asked to wait patiently as everyone was warm inside. The worst part was there was over 20 kids that were so excited to see Colton and wasn’t even given a chance besides peering from outside the store window. The least that could have been done was open communication to let us know that the event was at capacity and we wouldn’t be able to be let in. Instead, they made over 100 potential guest stand outside in the cold for almost 2 hours. It left such a bad taste in my mouth and I felt so bad for the kids, many cold and crying, that didn’t even get to have Colston acknowledge their presence. I’ll never recommend this brand to anyone with how absolutely disrespect I felt for everyone outside. It doesn’t sound like inside was much better but at least they were warm.
Response from VuoriDear there, we sincerely apologize for the experience you had at the Colston Loveland event. We understand how disappointing it was to wait outside, especially for the kids excited to meet Colston. Your feedback about communication and capacity is invaluable, and we will work to improve our event management in the future. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you better next time.

Yikes! What a mess tonight for the Colston Loveland appearance! I will give credit where credit is due. The store provided hot cider, beverages, luggage tags, Pellegrino for us patrons attending the event. Colston arriving late was out of there control but what wasn't out of their control was how they handled the crowd and the lack of accountability in making us wait, wait without any updates. The staff allowed people to come in and there was no rhyme or reason on how the line was set up inside. The line went sideways when Colston was interviewed by Tom Waddle because everyone got out of line so those that got there earlier had people who were in back go in front. Nothing was done about this when it brought up to one of the people running the event (dark haired brunette). This is the same person that seemed to speak differently to people of color vs. caucasian people. Needless to say, there should've had a event staff run this event because it was clear, whoever ran this had little to no experience the crowd size of 200+. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth as I shared with folks ahead of tonights event at LifeTime Fitness about this event featuring performance apparel. I'll make sure to redirect them to Lululemon or Ten Thousand.

Great overall experience. The store was clean, the staff friendly, and it was a really positive experience, which unfortunately is rare nowadays in brick and mortar. I will be back!
