  Went in the store looking for a specific item that was new on the website. Two sales associates were standing in the section that I was in talking with each other. They were ignoring the customers. I went through all parts of the women's section twice looking for this top and no one approached me to see if they could help. Left without buying anything.

  Today I came in to make a Christmas return, and found myself at a loss with the items I received. Today I ran into an associate whose name was Leyton, he gave me such an amazing run down of all your popular items and I also asked him for some recommendations for my wife. I left with 2 new outfits, and a new sweatshirt for my wife, lol more items than I anticipated. He was able to explain all the benefits and why I would love each item. It seemed he knew each item inside and out. He’s quite the rockstar! Will be back soon.

  I had such a great experience. Even though I arrived close to closing time, I was met with great customer service. The young ladies who helped me were very kind, professional, and patient. I really appreciated it. Thanks to their help, I left with the Meta trousers and couldn’t be happier.
