  I have no idea why opening a store if you don’t have items to sell! Horrible service and waste of time

  I cannot say enough good things about the Vuori store at Kenwood Towne Centre. This team is next level. Jaclyn, the manager, has truly built a dream team. They strike that perfect balance of being genuinely helpful without being pushy. Every associate I’ve worked with is incredibly knowledgeable about the products and—bonus—they are the BEST hype girls in the dressing room. They’ll grab other sizes, suggest matching pieces, and bring styles you might have missed before you even realize you need them. Shopping there feels like going with stylish, supportive friends who just want you to feel amazing. It’s also wonderful to see such a diverse team in the store. I’ve seen comments suggesting otherwise, and after shopping here many times since they opened less than a year ago, that has not been my experience at all. The team includes men and women, a range of body types, LBGTQ and diverse ethnicities. It’s refreshing and makes the space feel welcoming to everyone. The store itself is always clean, organized, and well stocked. Since this location opened, I’ve become a total Vuori convert — it’s pretty much the only activewear I wear now. Even better, the location in the mall is perfection. Being right by the mall entrance near Anthropologie and Nordstrom makes it so easy to park, pop in, and grab what I need without trekking through the whole mall. I’m not usually a “mall person,” but this setup makes quick, convenient trips actually fun. They also host free workout classes and often have complimentary drinks on weekends and holidays — it’s a whole vibe. Highly, highly recommend. You won’t regret stopping in!

  Jacquelyn provided an outstanding, brand-aligned experience at Vuori. She greeted me with warmth and professionalism, offered knowledgeable recommendations, and helped me find several new favorite pieces.   Review relates to terrible online experience and not a location. Promised delivery in 2 business days. Nothing happened for a week. Canned customer response emails did nothing. Still waiting for an order I wish I had never made. Do not buy if you need your delivery by a specific date as their system is a mess.

  Amazing store! Extremely helpful and very friendly staff. Wonderful selection. FYI the location is closer to Nordstrom on the second floor. I’ll surely be back!

  Went to Kenwood Ohio location today. The staff was amazing, and exactly what I needed to help me find what I was looking for. Entire team is world class! Great store, great staff, I found exactly what I was looking for. Will return.

  VERY Disappointment that the store doesn’t reflect the community. I love the shop places where people that look like me work. Does Vuori believe in DE&I? Kenwood mall is very diverse and for it not to show up in store only hurts the store more. I walk the mall everyday so to see this already on the first few days is unacceptable.
