  I recently received a Vuori gift card and was thrilled to have the opportunity to shop in person. As a busy mom of two, trips to the mall are rare, making this outing feel extra special. I had heard about Vuori's buttery soft fabrics and cozy loungewear, but experiencing it firsthand in the store truly exceeded my expectations. Since I was unfamiliar with their products, I brought several and I mean several items to the fitting room. Throughout my visit, multiple friendly associates assisted me, but Le stood out as exceptional. Le was kind, patient, funny, and knowledgeable, setting me up in the largest fitting room and regularly checking in with a smile. Le consistently brought me different sizes and made me feel truly valued from start to finish. The checkout process was just as wonderful, with Le helping me and even offering a hug for Mother's Day. Customer service can be unpredictable these days, but my experience at Vuori was outstanding. Thanks to Le, I am now a lifelong customer, and I will always remember the warm and thoughtful service I received. Le is truly exceptional, thank you Vuori! P.S. I absolutely love the items I purchased; each one feels heavenly every time I wear them.

  My online order didn't work out so I came here for an exchange. Great customer service from everyone I interacted with. First member helped search for the item in a different size for me to try on. Second member helped get me a fitting room. And third member processed my return for an item they don't carry a purchase of a new item. They were all kind and helpful. Very organized, clean and I appreciate the great customer service.

  Only more praise to sing, as I popped in there again earlier today. Grateful to have Ian on hand to answer my questions and check on inventory for me, he was super patient and helpful. Ian also let me know that their spring collection was just around the corner. A dear friend introduced me to the brand and I am hooked. Gorgeous materials, beautiful colors, and so much to choose from. Such a great shopping experience from start to finish.

  Avoid this location at all costs! No hello, no warm welcoming atmosphere just two bland souls behind a register on their phones.. only thing you'll find in your size is awkward silence and judgmental eyes.

  Not impressed today. While this store has a decent inventory compared to a lot of other Viori stores , the customer service left a lot to be desired. Granted lines were long with the post Christmas shopping. However, they didn't have a way of managing it and it ended up with a whole lot of really frustrated customers. I knew what I wanted when I walked into the store. I picked up a pair of pants and walked up to the register. I was third in line. There were two registers going. There was a longer line at the other register; I picked the shorter one. By the time they finished the person at the front of my line, they were probably 10 people behind me and an equal number at the other register. What did the cashier do when it's my turn? She calls for the person in the other line. That person then told me that there was only one line when she got in line. What?! We had all been standing there for at least 20 minutes. If there was only one line, they were 20 people who were never told that by anybody. This is not OK. I know a bunch of us, myself included, walked out of the store. It's no way to treat guests.

  Beautiful store!! But the best part was the amazing team they had. It’s hard to come by great customer service these days but the Vuori team nailed it! Natalie & Whitney were extremely friendly and helpful. They had Ian in the fitting rooms who was kind and had a warm inviting energy about him. Kira in the back checking for sizes, 4 times for me. A great team! I remembered all of their names because they provided a wonderful experience for me to shop in. Looking forward in doing all my vuori shopping in store now! Update: the team is still great but tough to find sizes and what they offer online in store. Maybe just my luck! Because this is still a 45 min drive for me it’s tough but if you’re closer you may be okay to pop in more often! Resorted to ordering online & the online shipping hasn’t been great :( crossing my fingers that they get more stock in general!

  The store was super clean and very well organized. All the employees were very kind but blonde girl was by far the warmest and kindest. She was super friendly and accommodating to everything I asked for. Such a great time!
