  I love Vuori! It's basically all I wear. Their clothes are so soft and comfortable. The items I have had lasted for years. The employees are kind and the store is clean and organized. This is an expensive brand but the quality is unmatched.

  FABULOUS SERVICE ! On Black Friday my wife and I decided to head over this way to pick out a few Vuori items on our Xmas wish list. After parking our wheels in the underground parking lot we arrived here at around 1pm. THE PLACE WAS PACKED ! A Vuori employee spotted us and if we need help...sure. And Grace...who identified herself as one of the managers proved to be very helpful to my wife in particular. We didn't see any big Black Friday deals...I don't think that is their model and that was not a concern to us. With Grace's help my wife picked out a very pretty Cherry ALLTHEFEELS - FULL ZIP and a Black Heather LONG SLEEVE ESSENTIAL CREW TEE. I've had a couple of Strato Tech Tees - Navy Heather & Charcoal Heather for a few years...love 'em. They are the most comfortable t-shirts I have ever owned. And I have wanted to buy more but have not been very excited about the other pale colors in the range. With a push from my wife I picked out a STRATO TECH TEE MULTIPACK...the 3 colors looked okay. Grace excused herself to take a phone call but we had everything we wanted by that time. At the checkout a friendly cashier named Jacob looked after us nicely...even gave my wife a premium cotton canvas pouch and an oversized matching tote for our gear. I guess because we spent $333. WE LOVE QUALITY WE LOVE VUORI !

  We were greeted as we walked by the two nice sales associates. We walked in to look around at the selection they have. They had newly released Birkenstocks. I recommend coming here if you're looking for the newest releases. The prices are mostly regular price they didn't have much of a sale.

  This was my first time at a vuori store and the customer service/sales experience was excellent. I went on a super busy day a few days before christmas and even though they were so busy, they were extremely attentive and helpful, making recommendations, looking for inventory in the back, different sizes, etc. The staff is also super friendly, which makes it an overall great in store experience. First experiences are so important and can sway you either towards or away from the brand; I will definitely be back. Edit to add: every staff person I interacted with, from the floor sales, supervisor, fitting room staff, was helpful and working as a team. They all deserve a shoutout, specially during such a busy time.

  Worst customer service ever! They used to be so good. Sales people act like you are bothering them to ask for other sizes. Ask to gift wrap a purchase and they literally threw it in a bag and handed it to me. Shame!

  I already liked Vuori, but after my experience with Hannah at the Del Mar store, I can confidently say I love Vuori now. I don’t typically enjoy shopping in stores — I usually prefer ordering online — but Hannah completely changed that for me. She made in-person shopping not only comfortable but actually enjoyable, which is rare for me. Hannah was incredibly patient and attentive from start to finish. I am on the shorter side and had very specific preferences/particular needs. She took the time to really listen and help me find items that fit perfectly. She offered honest feedback, suggested pieces that matched my style, and even helped me put together outfits I wouldn’t have thought to try. Her knowledge of the products and attention to detail made such a difference. I ended up buying 17 items, not only for me but for my partner as well and I felt great about every single one because of how thoughtful and helpful Hannah was throughout the entire process. She truly went above and beyond — making sure I never felt rushed and ensuring everything met my expectations. Thanks to her, I walked out not just with amazing clothes but with an entirely new appreciation for the Vuori brand. She’s made me a forever customer. If you shop at Vuori Del Mar, do yourself a favor and ask for Hannah — she’s absolutely exceptional!!!!

  I actually like some if their items like soft sweat pants but no longer shopping here because the prices have become absolutely ridiculous!!!
