  6 employees were in there, I was the only one in the shop. Nobody tried to help me and when I went over to ask where something was they said “it’s probably over there” while they chatted. Then when I went to try on stuff they said go to the back and there will be someone to get you in a room…nobody there. Lol it was an absolute joke. Scraping the bottom of the barrel for these retail workers right now, disappointing. I ended up just walking out and didn’t buy anything out of principle.

  The snow shell and pant are amazing however despite being a size L in everything else I needed an XL in the pant. They must have sold like hotcakes because there were none to be found online or in a nearby store. Chantel went out of her way to find some and get them to me before the end of my ski trip. Thank you.

  The salesperson was so helpful! He found the size I was looking for at another Vuori store. (they were all sold out in Park City). He called a couple stores before he could find it. He then had my item delivered to my home in Manhattan Beach. The store was crowded , but he still gave me so much time and attention. So impressive!
