  Vuori makes great clothing, but their customer service is exemplary. Danny at this store helped me with a defective product return, no questions asked. They have a customer for life.

  Ordered online, they “cancelled” in store and didn’t refund me. Waited - woman was nice; but never refunded order. Extremely rude manager Aaron “couldn’t find order”. Go across the street, there are nice shops there. Now have to deal with credit card company and waste unreal time to deal with an order. Useless.

  Highly recommend visiting this vuori store! The entire staff was friendly and so helpful. Emily ran around the whole store grabbing me things she recommended in my sizes, really appreciate everything they did to make this a great experience.

  This place is massively overpriced and the customer service is awful. I received a couple of pieces of clothing for Christmas from here. I didn’t like them very much so I tried to return them. The store manager refused to do anything except for either put it back on the debit card it was purchased with or give me a store credit, which I didn’t want.

  Such a pleasant experience!! I had gotten some of the leggings for Christmas and had to come in to exchange in hopes for the tall size, usually stores never have long in stores so I was so pleasantly surprised that they did! Took less than 5 minutes and they were so kind.
