  The Vuori store at Aventura Mall demonstrates a serious lack of customer care. The staff’s attitude is unprofessional and clearly reflects poor management at this location. As a longtime customer who has shopped at multiple Vuori and authorized retail locations, this experience — combined with the inadequate response from corporate — has convinced me to stop purchasing Vuori products. Their quality has declined, and there are many other brands offering superior products at better prices.

  The manager on shift on 12/28 clearly does not like working retail. Do not bother coming in the last hour before closing because he is ready to go home and does not want to be bothered with helping customers. I asked to try a top on that was on a mannequin. (Mind you the last one in the store in any color) He said he would only get it off if I was going to buy it... OK great but how is one suppose to magically know if something fits without TRYING IT ON. While I typically appreciate the quality of Vuori clothing, that type of customer service will send me elsewhere to shop.

  Their clothing deteriorates after a few washes. There are much better quality brands out there for less.

  November 1st noonish. I went to check out with the cashier and he asked me for my email address. I told him "no thank you" and his response was "we will not sell your info but to make a purchase you we have to have your email address" NO THANK YOU for invasion of privacy. Of course I left without purchasing ($100 sale).

  Nope, don’t even waste your time nor energy at this Vuori store. There were 5 employees at chatting amongst themselves, no one asked if I needed help. And when I did ask for a particular style the one employee who looked like she just rolled out of bed with some nasty and dirty looking black flip flops with black socks so weird and off brand, most rolled her eyes and said no we don’t have them and walked to the back to continue her conversation. Super rude and strange energy all around this store. Like you make at most $18 an hour, get over yourself. I make what you make in two years in a month. Gross!

  I just wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank this store’s representative Emily for her wonderful customer service and the extra effort you put into helping me with my recent order. What I needed wasn’t easy to find, but she handled everything with such patience, professionalism, and kindness. It made all the difference, and I truly appreciate her dedication. People like her make the customer experience exceptional, and I’m very grateful for all her help. Will most definitely be purchasing from this store for the times to come!
