Unbelievable
Got this black pair in a smaller size through an exchange for a previously owned/worn M size. Actually wore the M sized pair to the Boulder store and asked if I can swap them for a smaller sized pair (that fit me better). I was one day over the 120 days return window but store rep had no issues with me swapping for a brand new, smaller sized pair. I was so impressed that I bought another pair (in heather blue). Excellent products and better customer service.
