The color is a dull, ordinary gray. Not at all the warm brownish tone shown and implied by the name. A friend has one that is true to color, so it must be a quality control problem. 

Jeffreys pullover is a nice addition. It is stylish, comfortable, and can be worn in many settings. I like to give context in reviews for people wondering about sizing. I am 6'1" and about 170-175 lbs; a medium fits perfectly. A little long if anything. Overall would recommend. 

Really nice sweater - looks great on my hubby, can be casual or dressy and is cozy without being too hot.  Perfect sweater!
